• If your order did not match the delivered products, we will issue a full refund. If you received only part of your order, we will issue a partial refund for the price of undelivered product. 
  • The refund will be done within 24 to 48 hours of your complaint.
  • The products should be stored at proper temperature as mentioned in the product packaging. Complaints received which can be due to the improper storage or handling will not be entertained. 
  • If you are not satisfied with our product, you shall return it within 24 hours of time. We will not accept any returns for any complaints received 24 hours after the delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation of your order can be done within 30 minutes by sending an email to [email protected] with the order number.
